Dr. Lawrence Arokiasamy is an Associate Professor in the Department of Management at Universiti Teknologi Petronas. He holds a Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Human Resource Development from Universiti Putra Malaysia and a BBA (Hons.) from Universiti Malaya. With over 25 years of experience, he has secured multiple research grants, including national and international projects, and published widely in international journals. His expertise spans human capital, sustainability, and the integration of artificial intelligence in human resource practices. He has published more than 100 papers in SCI/Scopus index. Dr. Lawrence is actively engaged in training and consultancy, working with organizations such as Petronas, Bank Rakyat, KPJ Hospital, MISC Shipping, and Lagenda Properties on ESG, sustainability, and stakeholder management initiatives. A Chartered Manager (FCMI, UK) and member of AHRD (USA) and IHRM (Malaysia), he continues to bridge academia and industry through impactful research and professional engagements.
